1. Demo status and commerce
Demo version — the site is not engaging in commercial activity at this time. There are no active distance sales, deliveries or customer payments. Product/price information is demonstrative until stated otherwise.
When commercial activity starts, this page will add trader identity, delivery, payment, 14-day withdrawal rights, warranty and complaints information.
2. The service
The site provides information about educational cards and online games, email-code login, demo access and related features. Content is educational/playful and is not medical or speech-therapy treatment and does not replace professional advice.
2a. Online content of the printed cards
The code on each card opens a free page with online content (3D model, augmented reality, “My world”, sounds, sign-language video). This content is a bonus to the physical card, which is complete without it. We aim to keep and expand it for as long as possible, but we do not guarantee that it will be available forever or without interruption. The “Save to phone” button stores a deck’s content in the device’s browser so that it also works offline.
The online games on shturko.com that a printed deck unlocks are also a free bonus to the cards and are not part of their price. For an online deck (without cards) access to the games is the purchase itself and is provided while the online service runs. Games and features may change and grow. If we decide to stop the online games, the 3D models, augmented reality (AR) or “My world”, we will tell registered users by email at least 30 days in advance. The printed cards stay yours and work fully without the online content.
3. Accounts
Accounts are for an adult parent/guardian or professional. You are responsible for the email address used and for securing access to the inbox that receives login codes.
4. Intellectual property
Shturko texts, illustrations, games and marks are protected. Do not copy, resell or redistribute beyond personal/family use without permission.
5. Prohibited conduct
Unauthorized access attempts, OTP abuse, scraping, illegal uploads, and any unlawful activity are forbidden.

7. Liability
In demo mode the site is provided “as is”. Availability is not guaranteed. Liability for indirect damages is limited to the extent permitted by law.
